(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE COMPANY") FULLY RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE "ACT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION" AND OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS, AND TO PROPERLY OBTAIN AND MANAGE PERSONAL INFORMATION, THE COMPANY WILL RESPONSIBLY HANDLE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND THROUGH THE CONTENTS SET FORTH BELOW.

We will use personal information for the following purposes

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We will not provide personal data to third parties, except in the following cases

  1. With the consent of the individual
  2. When required by law
  3. When disclosing or providing information to subcontractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and to the extent necessary for the performance of the Company's business
  4. When provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or other reasons
  5. When the information is provided to a specific person for joint use with that specific person
  6. The cases in which disclosure or provision to a third party is permitted under laws and other regulations

OUTSOURCING THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company may outsource the handling of personal data to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, we will select a contractor in accordance with the law and our standards, and conclude a confidentiality agreement. We will supervise and instruct the contractor on the proper handling of personal data.

REQUESTS FOR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

In case we receive a request for "notification of purpose of use," "disclosure," "correction, addition, deletion," "suspension of use or suspension of provision to a third party," or "disclosure" of records of provision to a third party regarding personal information in our possession, we will respond to the request after confirming that the request is made by the individual in question and in accordance with the law. VOLUNTARY NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA PROVISION AND ITS CONSEQUENCES

The decision to provide personal information to us is voluntary. However, depending on the type of personal information you do not provide, we may not be able to respond to your questions or requests.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will take necessary and appropriate security control measures in organizational, personnel, physical, and technical aspects to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and will strive to improve such measures as well as to understand the external environment.
